Ok, here goes...7 Random facts about me!
1. I have moved 26 times, including once across the street.
2. I wore the same pair of punky brewster snow boots for an entire year when I was five.
3. I used to work in Loss prevention and got to chase down shoplifters all day throughout which i had a knife pulled on me, was hit, pushed and bit, helped solve a murder, and arrested a woman for swallowing an entire diamond pendant necklace. Favorite job ever.
4. I volunteered for Americorps for a year (and hope to someday do the peacecorps)
5. I am allergic to Tide laundry detergent.
6. I was deathly afraid of the muffin man as a kid. I think somehow I got him confused with the boogie man.
7. I have a serious obsession with mixed tapes.

Happy New year!
Well, here's to 2008! Hopefully it will have plenty of new moments of growth... this last year certainly did. We had a low key but still enjoyable New years eve, a friend's resolution was to stop eating fast food (something I could stand to do!) and so she went and got her favorite things from all the fast food places and had one last little buffet. Clever huh? So today I relaxed, scrapped some and watched tv.

So I think my new years resolution is to become a volunteer. I've wanted to volunteer for CASA for a long time but haven't done it. I think a good way to improve myself is to give something to others!
